I bring my 15 years experience in education sales & marketing as a Sales Consultant, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and hiring authority to your organization and candidates throughout the education industry. Before starting Pillar Search Group, my last 5+ years in the education industry were at the Vice President level managing an $80+ million division. I know what it means and takes to have the right people in place throughout an organization.

My areas of focus and specialty are Sales Executives/Consultants, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, and Vice President/Directors positions within the education sector. This laser focus along with my experience in the education field gives the organization and candidate the results they are looking for - a long lasting fit that produces results.

My passion for the education industry is what drives me to succeed. My objective is to partner with organizations, learn about their company and culture, and connect them with the exact fit for each open position. With a Masters in Business I have a strong working knowledge of Corporate Strategies and Operations Management. Combine with my professional experience in Sales, Marketing and Training, I understand the importance and affects of finding and placing Impact players, the top 20% in any one industry, in key positions. I believe that to achieve proper fit a recruiter must understand each organizations distinctive culture and bring together candidates that arrive faster, fit better, last longer!

My area of focus is sales professionals of all levels in the education sector. My constant and on going networking with professionals in this industry have given me access to the “Hard to Reach Key Players” whose talents are currently making other businesses thrive, but are willing to consider new positions given the right opportunity.
